This personal data privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that UNICAL LLC can obtain about the user while using this application. We respect the privacy of our application users. The Privacy Policy governs and clarifies the basic privacy principles that we apply with respect to the information we collect through the Application.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Application Administration processes personal data on a legal and fair basis to fulfill the functions, authorities and responsibilities assigned to the Application Administration by law, and to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Application Administration and Users. Use of the Application, as well as its individual functions, means the User’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing his personal data specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the Application.

PROCESSING AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF USER'S PERSONAL DATA

This Policy establishes the obligations of the Application Administration to non-disclose and ensure a regime for protecting the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides when using the Application.

Categories of personal data that the Administration of the Application can collect from Users to provide access to the functions of the Application: name, phone number, and optional company details.

This Policy applies only to information processed during the use of the Application. The application administration does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party Applications, which the User can access via links available within the Application.

The application administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User and does not have the ability to assess his legal capacity. However, the Application Administration assumes that the user provides reliable and sufficient personal data and keeps it up to date. The consequences of providing false or insufficient information are defined in the User Agreement of the Application, located on the Application page.

CHANGE AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA. MANDATORY DATA STORAGE

The User can change (update, supplement, delete) the personal data provided to him or part of it at any time by using the function for editing personal data in the personal section of the Application, or by sending a corresponding request by email in unicalsolutions@gmail.com

PRIVACY IN THE MOBILE APPLICATION ON ANDROID AND APPLE IOS

This section describes the types of data stored on a mobile device that applications can access, including:

Internet access (INTERNET) is used to synchronize Application data and data on the developer’s servers.
Access to the device camera (CAMERA) is required to call the built-in camera of the mobile device. This allows you to take pictures, save photos of objects and scan QR codes.
Permission ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION. The application collects location information if this data is necessary for the operation of the application and hardware and software systems. Determining the User's location is used when checking in an employee and to track his movements, which works in the background.
The ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION permission is required for the field employee work control function to work. GPS coordinates are recorded in the database, forming a list of movements, then uploaded to the server, from where the manager requests a report and can compare the planned route with the actual one. Coordinates are taken only during the employee’s working hours; during his personal time the function is disabled. Employees are warned about recording and sending GPS data to the server; there is an indicator of the operation of this function in the notification center of the device.
Device information: model of the device used, version of the device's operating system.
Writing data to device memory: saving data in device memory in the amounts necessary to implement application functionality.
Read Account Data: Retrieves information about the accounts registered on the device. Used when registering users in the Application and to communicate with them if necessary.
Receive phone state (READ_PHONE_STATE): Receive data about the phone state (call status, IMEI, phone number). Used to identify users and mute application notification sounds during calls.

The Company undertakes to take all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

The user has the right and opportunity to familiarize himself with the privacy and data protection policies adopted by third parties involved in the operation of the mobile application: in relation to Google services – Privacy Policy – Privacy & Terms – Google; regarding the use of the www.crashlytics.com website and the Crashlytics crash notification and beta testing solutions.

PRIVACY QUESTIONS

The application administration takes the protection of the User’s personal data very seriously and never provides the User’s personal information to anyone, except in cases where it is directly required by an authorized government body (for example, at the written request of a court or other authorized government body).
